By scheduling or paying for any service offered through www.lovetheheartist.com and/or by communicating with Karley Keefer and/or her team in any fashion you are attesting that you have read and understand this legal disclaimer and terms of services.
We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

Not Medical or Professional Advice: All readings are offerings provided by The Heartist are intended for spiritual guidance, personal reflection, and energetic insight. These services are intuitive in nature and are designed to support your self-awareness, clarity and personal growth. The services provided are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Karley is not a licensed medical professional, therapist or legal advisor. Any guidance shared should not be used as a replacement for professional care or decision- making.
No Guarantees: While reading may offer insight and clarity, no specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.
Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Limitation of Liability: By engaging with these services, you agree that The Heartist and Karley Keefer are not liable for any decisions, actions or outcomes resulting from the use or interpretation of the reading.
